STEVEN Orr Electrical has kept Echuca-Moama and district comfortable for almost 20 years.

Located in Hume St, the business prides itself on its airconditioning and electrical services.

So whether that means keeping people cool or warm — or just keeping their lights turned on — you need to switch to Steven Orr.

‘‘We are a locally owned family business with family values,’’ business owner Steven Orr said.

‘‘We are known around town as the place to go for all air-conditioning needs.’’

Air-conditioning installations and maintenance is what sets the business apart from the rest, according to Mr Orr.

He said business includes domestic or commercial electrical work and no job is too big or small.

‘‘We find our workload is a challenging mix — we have plenty of big projects but still have a strong domestic client base with smaller jobs,’’ Mr Orr said.

‘‘We previously did the lighting upgrade at Victoria Park and Echuca South Oval and we are currently working on a lighting upgrade at the Cohuna Football and Netball Club.’’

The business employs nine local people and is a registered Daikin dealer and agent for Bonaire.

The team travels to towns including Echuca, Moama, Rochester, Deniliquin and Cohuna.

‘‘We do the electrical works for new homes for local builders including Metricon,’’ Mr Orr said.

‘‘We employ one adult apprentice, two young apprentices and four qualified tradesmen as our frontline — and in addition to our administration and operations manager.’’
