FOR the past decade Terry Gillivan has been dedicated to the Moama NSW Fire Rescue.
And for his service, he was awarded the 10 year long service and good conduct medal on Tuesday, July 11.
Fellow member Philip Masters said Mr Gillivan’s service goes well beyond the past decade.
‘‘He has been a member of the service for 12 years,’’ he said.
‘‘He served for two years before a transfer placed him in Moama for the past 10 years.
‘‘Terry is a valued and dedicated member of the team and we hope he continues his service to the community — maybe for another 10 years to come.’’
The Award was presented by south region duty commander Phillip Eberle.
